Wallester Peaky Blinders Winter Gala 2025: A Celebration of Growth and Team Spirit

Every strong year deserves a moment to pause and celebrate and 2025 gave Wallester plenty to raise a glass to. It was the year we turned a page and showed what it really means to scale and deliver with substance.

To mark the occasion, the entire Wallester team gathered at Kultuurikatel in central Tallinn, one of Europe’s most atmospheric event spaces. With its historic brick interiors and raw industrial character, it set the perfect backdrop for a night inspired by roaring ’20s glamour, smoky jazz, and unmistakable Wallester energy. A sharp Peaky Blinders–themed dress code brought it all together and set the tone from the very start.

One Company, One Celebration

With colleagues travelling in from our offices in Tallinn, Riga, London, and Cannes, the Winter Gala brought together 185 Wallester team members, many of whom were meeting face-to-face for the first time.

That made the evening especially meaningful. 2025 wasn’t just a year of growth, it was the year we proved we could scale for real. Dozens of new hires joined across departments, internal systems evolved, and we tightened how we deliver, collaborate, and support one another. The gala gave us a rare moment to pause, connect across teams, and celebrate not only what we’ve built together, but what we’re ready to build next.

The evening began around 5 p.m. with champagne, cocktails, and canapés in true Peaky Blinders style. Flat caps, feathers, pearls, and suspenders set the scene, but the real spark, as always at Wallester, came from the people.

A Night to Remember

As the evening programme got underway, it blended entertainment, reflection, and just the right amount of competitive spirit.

Highlights included:

• An electrifying Empire Show dance performance
  
• A high-energy barman show with flair and fire
  
• A live set from the James Werts Cover Band
  
• Poker tables that stayed busy well into the night
  
• The crowd favourite: a team video competition full of creativity, inside jokes, and Wallester humour

Between all the action, there was also time to enjoy a beautifully prepared dinner, a welcome pause to relax, talk, and share good food together.

We also took a moment to reflect on the journey so far. Co-Founder and CEO Sergei Astafjev shared his thoughts on the company’s progress, the values shaping our culture, and the road ahead. Keeping his remarks deliberately brief, he focused on what mattered most.

Looking Ahead

This year’s Winter Gala was more than just a party. It was a reminder of what makes Wallester special. We move fast and we build fast, but we also make time to recognise the people who make that pace possible.

2025 gave us plenty to be proud of. Now we move forward even stronger, with new ambitions, tighter execution, and the same belief that teamwork, not just technology, is what drives lasting progress.
