Wallester Ranked Top 50 in Europe, #1 in Estonia by Financial Times and Statista

We’re proud to announce that Wallester has been recognised as one of the FT1000 Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies 2025! This prestigious ranking, compiled by the Financial Times and Statista, highlights the most rapidly expanding businesses across the continent, and we’re honoured to be featured among them.

A Milestone Achievement

The FT1000 list celebrates companies that have demonstrated remarkable revenue growth and sustained innovation. Through a rigorous selection process that includes public calls for participation, direct outreach, and in-depth revenue analysis, Wallester has emerged as a standout in the fintech sector.

Our rankings in the FT1000 include:

  • 47th out of 1,000 fastest growing companies in Europe
  • 7th position in the Fintech, Financial Services & Insurance category
  • 1st place among companies from Estonia

These achievements underscore our commitment to transforming financial solutions, delivering cutting-edge card-issuing technology, and empowering businesses with seamless payment solutions. We’re particularly proud to be one of only four Estonian companies to make it onto the list and the only one to land a spot in the Top 50.

Our recognition in the FT1000 reaffirms the growing impact of our technology in reshaping the payment landscape.

The FT1000 list for 2025 ranks 1,000 companies by the highest percentage compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in revenues between 2020 and 2023. The FT1000 was first introduced in 2017 by the Financial Times in collaboration with Statista. The goal was to identify and celebrate the most dynamic and rapidly expanding businesses across Europe. Today, the FT1000 ranking is one of the most prestigious growth-based awards in Europe, attracting attention from investors, business leaders, and policymakers.

A Recognition Built on Collaboration

This accomplishment is a reflection of the passion and expertise of our team, as well as the trust and support of our clients and partners. Wallester’s CEO and Co-Founder, Sergei Astafjev, shares his perspective: “Being recognised as one of Europe’s fastest growing companies highlights that our focus on building smarter, more flexible payment solutions that help businesses move faster and operate more efficiently is resonating with the market. Earning such a high position on this list in our first appearance is a true honour and a testament to the hard work of our team.”

Looking Ahead

Being named one of Europe’s fastest growing companies motivates us to continue our trajectory of growth, expanding our services and delivering even more value to businesses worldwide. We’re excited about what’s next and look forward to reaching new heights together.
