The Wallester Business virtual card is issued instantly and is ready for immediate use. You can also order a physical card with the same details, delivered as soon as possible.

What is a virtual card?

A virtual card is a secure digital alternative to a traditional physical card, designed to streamline corporate expense management. With Wallester Business, you can instantly issue single-use cards for one-off payments or multi-use cards for recurring subscriptions. These cards provide immediate access to all payment details and integrate seamlessly with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay for contactless transactions. They offer an efficient solution for online media buying and managing digital ad spend.

Is there a limit on the number of cards I can issue?

Physical cards are available in unlimited quantities and are issued free of charge, depending on your chosen plan.

Each plan also includes a specific allowance of free virtual cards:

Free — up to 300 virtual cards;
Premium — up to 3,000 virtual cards;
Platinum — up to 15,000 virtual cards;
Enterprise Suite — virtual card limits are tailored to your business requirements.

You can also order unlimited additional virtual cards for a minimal fee.

How do I top up my balance?

You can top up your account balance using your IBAN details. Simply transfer funds from any bank operating within the UK and the European Economic Area (EEA).

Can I add the card to a contactless payment system?

Yes, you can connect your card to various contactless payment systems: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Fitbit Pay, Garmin Pay, and Fidesmo Pay.

Which currencies do you support?

Open your account in the following currencies: Euro (EUR), United States Dollar (USD), British Pound (GBP), Swedish Krona (SEK), Norwegian Krone (NOK), Danish Krone (DKK), Polish Złoty (PLN), Czech Koruna (CZK), Hungarian Forint (HUF), and Romanian Leu (RON). You can make payments in any currency, with automatic conversion applied based on the payment system’s current exchange rate.

Where are the cards accepted?

Wallester Business cards are Visa Business cards, accepted globally wherever the Visa network is recognised. They are fully enabled for payments via card terminals, online purchases, and ATM cash withdrawals.

If a corporate card is lost, freeze it immediately. If you cannot locate the card, permanently close it via the platform or mobile app and issue a replacement instantly if required.

How do I set limits on employee cards?

You can set individual limits for each card via the platform or the Wallester mobile app. Configure daily and monthly caps for common payment methods, including contactless payments, online shopping, POS payments, and cash withdrawals.
